What's the difference between you and other smoking box subscriptions?

We select worldwide artists to bring you the very best handcrafted glass pieces for your smoking needs in your Hotbox Supply.

We don't send you generic glass like most of the other companies on the market. We take pride in stocking quality handmade glass. No more questionable and brittle glass; only quality that lasts and gives you a clean, smooth smoking experience. 

When you sign up with Hotbox Supply, a portion of every sale goes to support local and international artists and the pursuit of creativity.

 

How discreet is shipping?

Every Hotbox Supply package is shipped in a solid white shipping bag and the return address states "HBSupplyCo". It does not say Hotbox Supply anywhere on the outside of the package.

  

Can you ship to all 50 states?

Yes! Hotboxes only come with a variety of premium smoking accessories such as glass water pipes and herbal wraps for legal herbal blends and tobacco use. You can buy a Hotbox as long as you are 18 or older. You will be required to sign for your package upon delivery.

 

What if my glass breaks during shipping?

Just get in touch with us within 24 hours and let us know, we'll send you a new piece right away!

 

Is anything about this illegal?

Since we only sell premium accessories, there's nothing illegal to worry about.

  

What do I get in my Hotbox?

Hotbox Supply keeps you stocked up with your monthly smoking essentials. Whether you prefer glass, rolling papers, or herbal wraps, we'll send you a box full of useful items every month to make sure you never have to make a late night trip to the corner store.

 

Do you ship marijuana?

Absolutely not. We ship smoking accessories such as rolling papers, herbal wraps and glass water pipes intended for tobacco use. 

  

We Ship All Over The United States and Internationally!

We ship to all 50 states with a flat rate $5 fee. We also ship internationally. Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout. 

 

Can I get a refund?

Please reach out to us at service@hotboxsupply.com within 24 hours after receiving your order for any issues such as broken glass or refund requests. 

 

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

To cancel your membership, all you have to do is log into your account and turn your subscription off - easy!  If you ever need any help, feel free to reach out to us at service@hotboxsupply.com.
